The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates and lead by example in customer interactions.
• Implement training programs for new hires to improve teamwork and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
• Drive in-store promotions to boost sales.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry developments.
• Prepare and manage operational schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail
