Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring due dates are met.
• Facilitate communication between clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the construction phase.
• Create specifications for materials and construction techniques used in building.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Assist in marketing the firm's services by showcasing past projects.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design and project management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on sustainability

Certifications

• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)

Languages
