Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with a proven background in optimizing manufacturing processes. You will analyze workflows, develop process maps, and implement solutions to streamline operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset along with excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure that project objectives are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in process re-engineering and optimization.
• Evaluate and modify operational policies to enhance performance.
• Use data analysis to drive decision-making in projects.
• Develop and monitor process performance metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Engage with suppliers and customers to enhance integration of processes.
• Document and share lessons learned from project implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
