Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all recruitment activities, from job postings to final hiring decisions.
  • Implement and streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support management with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning employee records and sensitive information.
  • Plan and execute professional development workshops.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity within the workplace.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist HR management in strategic planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or similar role
