Job Description

We are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to oversee and enhance our payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, compliance, and a strong understanding of payroll systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll requirements across various countries.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to reconcile payroll with general ledger accounts.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems that enhance automation and efficiency.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues with employees promptly.
  • Review and improve payroll processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for payroll services and compliance.
  • Stay informed on payroll legislation and best practices to maintain industry standards.
  • Aid in the integration of payroll systems during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll metrics to identify trends and report to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions
