Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will have experience in utilizing DevOps practices and tools to manage our infrastructure, automate processes, and facilitate continuous integration and delivery. You’ll play a crucial role in driving our cloud adoption and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for process efficiencies.
• Optimize monitoring and alerting systems for reliable operations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure stability and robustness of applications.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Research, implement, and support new development methodologies.
• Create detailed documentation for team processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
