We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to guide our financial decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making.
• Develop financial models to forecast business scenarios.
• Partner with operational departments to enhance financial performance.
• Support the finance team in closing monthly financials.
• Prepare presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Assist with the implementation of financial strategies.
• Review and improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in finance or business analysis

• CFA Level 1
