Responsibilities

• Create and structure online training programs tailored to various target audiences.
• Work with multimedia producers to create engaging learning materials.
• Analyze feedback and course evaluation results to enhance future offerings.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for faculty on e-learning tools.
• Participate in curriculum development processes.
• Ensure that all online educational materials comply with accessibility standards.
• Research and recommend the latest technologies in the online learning space.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in educational technology or online course development

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design Software
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
