We are seeking a skilled Decorating Instructor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for training and guiding individuals in various decorating techniques, fostering creativity, and promoting skill development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate theoretical and practical training sessions in decorating.
• Maintain and prepare the training facilities for classes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve instructional skills.
• Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere to encourage creativity.
• Promote the use of eco-friendly decorating materials and methods.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new learners.
• Participate in the centre’s promotional activities and open days.
• Guide learners in creating their portfolios and showcase their work.
• Encourage collaboration and teamwork among students.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field preferably with a focus on Interior Design
• Instructional design qualification is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional decorating experience and teaching experience.
