You'll work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities, focusing on optimising routes and reducing costs. Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and routing of shipments.
• Prepare and analyse logistics reports for management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendor solutions.
• Collaborate with accounts to manage logistics-related billing.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Evaluate service level agreements with suppliers.
• Assist in training new logistics staff.
• Participate in logistics and supply chain strategy discussions.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in regulatory compliance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
