Job Description

As an Account Manager based in Cape Town, you will play an essential role in managing a portfolio of clients. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and work towards achieving sales targets. We value creativity, drive, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to continuously improve performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market demands.
  • Document and maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • MBA preferred, especially in Sales Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management with a proven track record
