• Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for optimization.
• Collaborate on cross-disciplinary teams to create integrated solutions.
• Document project processes and outcomes effectively.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates.
• Implement risk assessment procedures for engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the mechanical engineering field with project management experience
