Decator Operator

Job Description

A Decator Operator is responsible for operating machinery that cuts and shapes large sheets of cardboard into smaller pieces. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate decator machines efficiently to maximize output.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different types of cardboard.
• Conduct regular quality checks on cut products to ensure compliance.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages
