Job Description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure in Durban. This position requires expertise in system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and enhance IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage server infrastructure for optimal functionality.
• Assist in system upgrades and new technology deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Manage email accounts and related services for users.
• Provide technical support for various IT projects.
• Set up and maintain remote access solutions.
• Conduct training for staff on new systems and tools.
• Analyze system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in system administration with advanced knowledge of network infrastructure
