As an IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein, your skills will be pivotal in delivering top-notch support to our end users. Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel.

• Document all support interactions in ticketing system.
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving IT service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
• Additional certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
