We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Assist in maintaining network security and user access controls.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting users.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

• Linux OS

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
