Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable and friendly service to customers.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
• Document and report sales figures and inventory levels.
• Support promotional activities and in-store events.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of retail experience is preferred

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office
• Inventory Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
