We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver targeted recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify client staffing requirements and propose suitable candidates.
• Facilitate interview processes and provide feedback to both parties.
• Continue to nurture relationships with past candidates for potential roles.
• Lead negotiations between clients and candidates regarding offers.
• Provide market insights to clients and candidates to assist in decision-making.
• Compile reports on recruitment activities and candidate feedback.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance recruitment skills.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role

Technical Skills

• Resume screening
• ATS management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in a second language: Ability to speak and write in an additional language is beneficial.
• Previous experience with recruitment software: Experience in utilizing recruitment technology to streamline processes.
