We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll, employee compensation strategies, and market analysis to ensure our practices align with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate employee performance pay to align with company objectives.
• Assist in the development of incentive programs aimed at driving employee performance.
• Collaborate with finance to prepare and maintain annual compensation budgets.
• Respond to staff inquiries about compensation and benefits matters.
• Analyze turnover rates and provide insights to reduce employee attrition.
• Keep up with compensation trends and developments in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compensation-focused role

Certifications

• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
