• Plan and manage logistics operations from supplier to end customer.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Utilize software and tools to manage and optimize supply chain functions.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Facilitate the resolution of delays and issues throughout the logistics chain.
• Ensure timely reporting of shipment progress to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Logistics Software Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
• Inventory Management Experience in managing inventory and supply chain logistics.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot logistical issues.
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of customs clearance processes: Experience with customs regulations and documentation for imports/exports.
• Certification in Logistics Management: Holding a recognised certification in logistics or supply chain management.
