Job Description

As a Clinical Researcher at Medical Research Group, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of clinical trials. Your work will help develop new treatments and therapies that enhance patient care and medical practices. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of clinical trials from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage timelines and budgets for clinical research projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to study procedures and protocols.
• Collect and manage research data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians for data analysis and interpretation.
• Maintain study documentation and electronic data capture systems.
• Support participant recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss study progress and address challenges.
• Assist in the development of training materials and operational guidelines.
• Ensure safety and welfare of study participants throughout the trial.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research

• Clinical Protocol Development

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
