Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels.
• Guide and supervise a team of warehouse personnel.
• Develop, implement, and improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and operational regulations.
• Analyze and improve operational performance metrics.
• Liaise with management for budgetary and resource planning.
• Provide training to new hires and conduct ongoing training.
• Coordinate with upper management on operational strategies.
• Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar

Experience

• 5+ years experience in warehouse operations management

Technical Skills

• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid certification: Certification in First Aid is advantageous.
