Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dentist to deliver high-quality dental services to our patients in Johannesburg. This position involves performing various dental procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a top-notch patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological tests to assess cognitive and emotional functioning.
• Develop community programs to raise awareness about mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Work with families to provide support and guidance, enhancing overall patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical psychology or related field

Technical Skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Psychological Assessment

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Clinical Psychologist
• Additional certifications in psychotherapy modalities

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
