Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be a pivotal part of our HR team, supporting various functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and fostering company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage onboarding for new hires.
  • Support employee wellness and engagement programs.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee documentation.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree or additional HR certification preferred

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
