Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will lead various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training, and development. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for creating a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Manage employee feedback and engagement surveys.
  • Advise management on labor law compliance.
  • Provide support in performance evaluations.
  • Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate team-building and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential employee record management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR generalist role
