Job Description

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in driving e-commerce revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences while boosting our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce department.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for online campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling on the platform.
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions and online promotions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations
