Responsibilities

• Provide personalized medication counseling and support.
• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assess medication therapy regimes according to clinical guidelines.
• Engage with patients to enhance adherence to medication plans.
• Assess and resolve medication-related inquiries from patients and providers.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Support the pharmacy team in achieving service excellence goals.
• Facilitate communication between patients and prescribers regarding medication adjustments.
• Develop patient education materials and resources.
• Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and organized.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Additional relevant qualifications in clinical pharmacy are preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
