Responsibilities
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Actively participate in team meetings to provide insights on process challenges.
Support new product introductions by assisting with production planning.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering initiatives.
Engage in root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
Design and implement workflows that enhance productivity and safety.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred
Experience
5+ years in a manufacturing environment with strong engineering background
