Job Description

We're looking for an IT Support Technician who can troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Your expertise will keep our technology running, making a difference in our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting IT problems.
  • Assist with software and hardware installations.
  • Keep track of IT assets and maintain inventory records.
  • Respond to support requests via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
