Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting IT problems.
Assist with software and hardware installations.
Keep track of IT assets and maintain inventory records.
Respond to support requests via email, phone, and in-person.
Collaborate with team members to identify system improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Experience
2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
