Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
• Implement and monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Review and improve existing designs and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers.
• Maintain and enhance engineering best practices within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
