Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Corporate Trainer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. You will play a key role in enhancing employee performance through engaging and effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training schedules and communication plans.
  • Implement innovative training delivery methods to enhance learning experiences.
  • Regularly review and revise training programs to incorporate best practices.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing training on specific tools and processes.
  • Advise on the latest trends in training and development to keep the company competitive.
  • Evaluate and report on training ROI to senior management.
  • Incorporate gamification and other modern training techniques to engage learners effectively.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Corporate Training preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs
