Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Banking Instructor who is passionate about teaching and committed to enhancing the skills of both current and future banking professionals. You will play a crucial role in developing training programs tailored to the evolving needs of the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Assess the training needs of bank employees and develop tailored educational programs.
• Utilize various teaching techniques to engage participants effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all training is compliant with industry regulations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to support their development.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees with targeted training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering training programs

Technical Skills

• E-learning platforms experience
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiZulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in e-learning and online training: Familiarity with digital training methodologies and tools.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring learners: Ability to guide and support learners through their training process.
