Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Interface with clients to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct periodic safety audits on construction sites.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training as necessary.
  • Research and utilize cutting-edge engineering technologies.
  • Draft and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects remain within environmental guidelines.
  • Prepare technical specifications for bids and tenders.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

Education
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or similar field
  • Higher qualifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in land development and infrastructure projects
