We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and record their medical history.
• Diagnose health issues and prescribe necessary treatments.
• Educate patients about health conditions and preventive care.
• Work with team members to provide coordinated care.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient recovery.
• Engage in community health initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practices.
• Assist in managing the clinic's daily operations.
• Foster a supportive environment for patient care.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in family practice or similar field

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Involvement in community health initiatives: Experience in community-focused medical programs is a plus.
