Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Preventive Medicine Physician, where you'll conduct health assessments, develop and implement occupational health programs, and manage work-related injuries in a diverse range of workplace settings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular health assessments and monitor employee health over time.
  • Advise management on the development of health-related policies.
  • Oversee the management of chronic conditions in the workplace.
  • Maintain accurate health records using Electronic Health Record Systems.
  • Lead health and safety audits and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee health and wellness programs.
  • Facilitate health awareness campaigns among staff.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to enhance organizational health standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical Degree (MBChB)
  • Specialization in Occupational Medicine
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Occupational Medicine or Preventive Health
