Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive project success through effective communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct project post-implementation reviews and evaluate successes and challenges.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Implement innovative project management techniques and methodologies.
• Lead regular project status meetings and communicate with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
• PMP certification is mandatory

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects
