Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our clients in Cape Town. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client support.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
  • Provide recommendations for product upgrades and features.
  • Report on common issues and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by offering guidance and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or help desk environments
