Job Description

As an Investment Banker with us, you'll leverage your expertise in financial markets to deliver insightful recommendations to clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives focusing on value creation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on financial health and market opportunities.
• Develop and implement financial models for client projects.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence and financial analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs and present tailored solutions.
• Participate in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Stay abreast with market trends, regulations, and economic indicators impacting investment decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services

Certifications

• CFA Level I or equivalent

Languages
