Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients meet all their tax obligations. Your responsibilities will include tax return preparation, advising on tax implications of business decisions, and working closely with the financial team to provide insights on financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare all aspects of tax compliance for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to integrate tax strategies into financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze tax provisions and documentation for audits.
• Support clients during tax audits, negotiating with tax authorities as required.
• Provide detailed analysis of tax legislation to clients for awareness of changes impacting them.
• Create tailored tax strategies based on clients' unique business structures.
• Assist in training junior staff on tax compliance and preparation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in Taxation or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation or accounting
