As a Data Entry Clerk in our Cape Town office, you will be key in managing and processing information that keeps our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include data entry, record maintenance, and assisting in various administrative duties. Responsibilities

  • Data entry and management in compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
  • Help maintain an efficient workflow in the administrative department.
  • Participate in training programs to keep up with best practices.
  • Prepare and distribute data reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by providing necessary training on data systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar field
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a data entry role
