Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead various projects within our organization in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication abilities, and a strong grasp of project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Develop treatment plans and monitor patients’ progress.
  • Engage in preventive healthcare practices and encourage lifestyle changes.
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in training and mentoring medical trainees.
  • Handle medical emergencies in the clinic as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Postgraduate training in a relevant specialization is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, particularly in family medicine or internal medicine
