Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience in quality control processes, contributing significantly to our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Review production processes and provide feedback on quality control measures.
• Document and investigate quality issues to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding quality standards.
• Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate product quality.
• Implement corrective actions as needed based on quality evaluations.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• A master's degree or additional certification in quality is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with leadership responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis
• Lean Manufacturing

Certifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
