Job Description

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, your role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in production methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for optimal performance.
• Analyze work processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Facilitate training programs for staff on new processes.
• Prepare reports on manufacturing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product designs.
• Participate in process audits and validations.
• Assist with compliance to ISO and other regulations.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication among staff.
• Actively engage in sustainability initiatives within manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
