UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will leverage your design skills to improve our digital products' usability and accessibility. You'll be a key player in understanding user needs, gathering insights, and creating wireframes and prototypes that lead to better product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop user personas and scenarios to guide design direction.
• Prepare and present design findings and concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Support training and mentorship of junior designers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field is required

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
