Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze customer data and trends.
• Optimize data processes and enhance data collection methods.
• Support project teams by providing data analysis and recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings to understand project scopes and deliverables.
• Document processes and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a similar field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence

Technical Skills

• Power BI
• SAS

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Presentation skills

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark): Hands-on experience in handling large datasets and using big data frameworks.
• Familiarity with Java or C++: Basic programming knowledge in Java or C++ is an asset.
