Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, user support, and network management. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries, ensuring efficient triage of issues.
  • Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting for both hardware and software problems.
  • Help maintain network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for all users.
  • Implement IT security protocols and assist in training staff on safe technology practices.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets and supplies.
  • Create and maintain documentation of technical procedures and user manuals.
  • Evaluate user needs, recommend systems upgrades, and assist with the planning of IT projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technology trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT qualifications such as N+ or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk services
