Responsibilities

• Document all aspects of the design process to maintain project transparency.
• Work with building inspectors to ensure quality control.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in code regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Concrete and Steel Design
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in PLAXIS or similar software: Hands-on experience using PLAXIS for geotechnical analysis.
• Experience with structural risk assessment: Knowledge of identifying risks within structural engineering projects.
