As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services, ensuring the safety and comfort of every pet. Responsibilities

• Complete grooming assignments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Use grooming tools and products properly, maintaining them in excellent condition.
• Attend to special requests from pet owners and address concerns professionally.
• Participate in community events to promote the grooming services offered.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Train new staff on grooming techniques and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Utilize time management skills to ensure timely completion of grooming appointments.
• Keep abreast of new grooming trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pet grooming diploma or similar qualification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on grooming experience

Technical Skills

• Grooming products knowledge
• Comfort with various breeds

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Patience

Certifications

• Canine First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• Experience in retail or sales: Background in retail sales related to pet products is advantageous.
