We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our store operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, focusing on maximizing sales, enhancing customer service, and leading a dedicated team. You will be responsible for inventory management, training staff, and ensuring that operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver high performance.
• Develop action plans to improve sales and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track store performance.
• Manage the store budget and ensure cost controls.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
• Plan and execute promotions and special events.
• Research market trends to keep ahead of competition.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Report to the Regional Manager with updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of retail management experience
