Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism.

  • Assist in the training of new customer service representatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
